Week 32! - March 3, 2026 - Koiwa

Great week!


Highlights:
-Exchanges with the legendary Green 長老 (Elder)
-President interviews
-District P-day
-Korean food with our friend who is moving (so sad)
-met so many new people
-Set a goal for Baptism with one of our friends!

READ THIS PART

This week has a lot of difficult moments. Moments where you feel the Spirit with someone on the street, and you can see them reaching for something they had before they were born. Something they see in disciples of Jesus Christ. The light that comes from knowing that we are literal sons and daughter of a divine Heavenly Father! Then they walk away from blessings you know they could receive. 

I invite you to never walk away from blessings that God is waiting for you to receive! 

If you want to know more, study! If you want to feel God's love and guidance, seek it! 

I can promise from the bottom of my heart that God is intimately aware of you. He knows you by name! You can let Him draw close to you as you draw close to Him!

I know that the Holy Ghost can be our personal tutor as humbly seek to do what is right. The Lord has taught me! Little by little he is teaching me through servants how to be a better disciple of Jesus Christ, and it has brought me joy.

What a crazy week! Time is short, so forgive the short email! Highlights: -my new district is awesome -met some awesome people -being humbled -stake sports day! READ THIS PART  One of our teaching friends shared with us some questions he had about the Plan of Salvation, and then gave one of the best explanations of the three kingdoms I have ever heard! He described the kingdoms almost like "A" "B" "C" levels of happy or like 100%, 50% or 10%, but then pointed out that for the people living there, it is there own personal, "100%" happy! Just how in Alma 42 it describes how we are restored to our natural frame, and it would be unnatural to restore an unhappy person to happiness, people who have never lived a "celestial" life will not comprehend that is is the true "100%" happy. Week 37 - April 7, 2026 - Koiwa

This week was incredible and incredibly hard. I love it! Highlights:  -Zone conference! -President interviews -Sakura! -concert in Tokyo! READ THIS PART  I love the Savior! I love Easter. Because of Jesus Christ my furnace of affliction becomes bearable, and joyful! I can rejoice in my afflictions because they help me understand the Savior. He is supporting me through all that I experience and he is closer to me than I can understand.  This applies to you too!  And you can know for yourself! John 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. 3 Nephi 13:7 Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. Week 30! - February 17, 2026 - Koiwa

Time is short... but missionary work is the best even when it rips me apart! Ive definitely been trying to apply the "when you feel like 10%, give 100% of your 10%" I wish I could accurately give credit to whoever said that because it is awesome. Highlights: -Awesome DCM -incredible lessons  -met with Hao before he moves! -saw some many miracles despite our weakness -Temple P-day This week has lead to to think a lot about humility and comparison. Particularly the humility to talk to everyone.
